Jose and his team were great. Simple job, a deep clog in our master bathroom which they took care of in less than 30minutes. They also provided an estimate of both time and money for a separate dishwasher installation (apparently the hot water valve was unsafe, a recalled part from a long time ago that never got replaced). Friendly, efficient, didn't make me wait a long time, and gave no excuses or other nonsense. No need to shop around, will be calling these guys from here on out!

Called A1 as we had our mainline sewer backed up. Explained the situation and he gave the price over the phone. Max came two hours later and cleared the line and charged the exact quote he had given me without adding any other fees or charges. Very nice guy. Would definitely use him again.

Wonderful service. Came back from a trip to find a flooded bathroom floor due to an issue in the shared pipe below my unit. We called 3 other people and all their estimates in both time and price were all higher. Brendan came out in an hour an a half, pretty speed for late night on a Sunday, and had the problem resolved in about 45 minutes. He also kept in touch regarding his ETA, as he was coming from another job. Very professional, friendly, and a reasonable price for the work, especially considering the time and urgency of the matter. Next day I contacted them for a more detailed invoice to pass onto my HOA and Brendan was very helpful and gracious. Would use this service again!

Mike and his brother were both very professional, pleasant to work with, and very nice people. They are the type of people you'd want to give business to.

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.

Great experience with New Generation Plumbing. I had a quick need to replace two toilets - they gave a fair price and were able to come right away. They showed up on time, did a great job, and left the place perfectly clean. What more can you ask for! Will definitely work with them again.

I called Zorro last minute because my bosses water heater was broken. He showed up early the next morning and had it fixed within the hour at a very reasonable price. Thankfully no one had to be home for him to do so and I was able to pay over the phone. Great service!

Highly recommended! I had an overflowing toilet emergency at 6:00 on a Saturday evening. I read all the great reviews and decided to call Flood Brothers. Jerry was at my house in 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. Friendly, professional, and not at all phased when my dog joyfully jumped all over him. I know exactly who I'll be calling the next time a plumbing issue occurs!

I'm going to have to disagree with the majority of the other reviewers out there, because I've had a series of terrible experiences with 911 Plumbing.

Most recently, Greg and Vic came out to repair a toilet handle for the 4th time!  Two weeks later, it was broken again.  They had advised me that if this happened, I should get a new toilet, but I was reluctant to spend a few hundred dollars on a new toilet.  So, I took the handle assembly apart and examined it carefully.  It looked as though a new handle had been stuck on the old lever (the piece with the holes onto which the flush valve chain attaches).  The two pieces were clearly incompatible.  I took the handle and lever to the nearby hardware store, where the staff plumbing expert confirmed my suspicions: Those plumbers saved four bucks by replacing only the handle instead of replacing both pieces.  For the princely sum of $8.75 (including tax), I purchased a new set (handle + lever).  Since I installed it, there have been no further problems with that toilet.

I'm never using this plumbing service again!

We were in dire straits, roots in our pipes, a full house back-up and breakdown of all basic plumbing needs during the time of Covid is no small amount of stress.  Not to mention that our home owners warranty, naturally, has an exclusion to doing anything related to roots.  So here we were:  stuck, a son just home from dental surgery and no way to run water in our house because we had no way to drain water.  We are a one bathroom house and we had already waited over 24 hours for our warranty people to show up only to be told they couldn't do anything for us.  The need was real that we have capacity to have a functioning home.   We had been told by several plumbers that they were incredibly busy at this time of quarantine and we were looking at getting even just estimates in several days with the potential of not starting on a job for several more days.  Reminder:  one-bathroom house!  Stress!  After talking with a lot of recommendations from friends, Connie at American Drain Works and Plumbing took the most active interest in helping us solve our problem and immediately got to work on assessing our needs.  They were at our house the next morning at 8am.  Her team and this dynamo of a lady boss herself were under our house, giving us options, working with us on all levels to do what needed to be done.  Her trusty artist with drains, Lalo and his team, worked all day and half of the next.  We learned so much not only about the job, our contract, a true plumbing work ethic but also the follow-through from a dedicated team who cared about the quality of their work, and the quality of their relationships with their clients.  We got excellent service, customer care, & attention to detail, working with us while we got the financials in order,  from this outstanding Westside Woman owned/Lady Boss Team.  I cannot say it loudly enough.  Connie, Lalo, Joan and your whole team, we are sold on you and how you love helping people and problem-solving and solution-building to make the world a little bit nicer.  These are challenging times and this was a challenging week for us.  We recommend American Drain Works and Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs.  They are based in Culver City and I highly, highly recommend them to my peeps in their service area!  It was a stroke of luck that I got them on the phone and I'm so grateful to them.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
